About Me.

Alexander James Raymond is a resident of Catonsville, Maryland, and is involved in his community. He has a successful finance career and is well-known for his financial planning, investment, and project management abilities. When he first started in finance, he aimed to learn and grow as part of a winning and experienced team. He has seamlessly transitioned into various fields and endeavors over the years, where he has had continued success on almost every level.

Raymond began his financial career at Morgan Stanley. He worked there for over ten years, gaining experience and learning everything he could about finance and business management. He also discovered the value of working as a unified team in developing a network of professionals on whom he could rely for advice and support.

Alexander Raymond spent much of his time at Morgan Stanley cultivating relationships, providing customized client solutions, and honing new project management skills. Throughout his ten-year tenure, he obtained numerous licenses and certifications, including:

PMP Advanced Certified Scrum Master Series 7 and 66, among many others

Alexander James Raymond was able to flesh out his resume and market his project management skills in various ways by completing these certifications. This enabled him to broaden his horizons and seize numerous new opportunities.

As his time at Morgan Stanley ended, he expanded his interests to other aspects of project management. Although money was still an essential part of everything he did, his interests began to shift toward IT projects. This quickly became an area in which he excelled. He had built his business into a thriving entrepreneurship grossing around $330k per year before leaving Morgan Stanley, and he had helped partners' businesses grow by more than 30%.

Within two years of launching his own IT project management firm, he has demonstrated an even more significant earning potential.

The transition from financial services to IT project management was painless. All the tricks and techniques James Raymond had picked up during his ten years at Morgan Stanley were now applicable in his new position. He was able to pursue new opportunities and eventually earned two significant contracts. The first contract was with Navy Federal and the second with Driscoll's. CVS, Ameriprise, and Key Bank have all approached Raymond about project management consulting. He works as a project manager and a Scrum Master and has advanced quickly in the IT field due to his extensive experience.

Alexander James Raymond was able to continue learning and gaining the knowledge and expertise he needed to keep moving forward throughout his years as a financial advisor rooted in project management methodologies. Each year of experience has enabled him to continue to explore and learn by working in various industries. This has helped him become highly agile in managing multiple tasks and operations at once. He can now be more efficient in both fields and build more robust, cohesive networks by bringing them together.

Raymond has established a name for himself in a variety of fields over the years, including IT security and governance. He has managed agile teams and has assisted them in reaching their full potential. He has been a part of several organizational transformations, helping to bring together groups that could effectively find solutions and work together to achieve whatever goal was in the works. His ability to match his previous income in two years demonstrates his ability to maximize his talents.

Despite his continued success, Raymond had kept sight of where he had come from. He has always been a huge high school, collegiate, professional golf, football, and basketball fan. His business success has enabled him to give back to his community in various ways.

Alexander James Raymond has not only continued a ten-year tradition of donating $500 to $1,000 per year to his high school, Mt. St. Joe, but he has also donated the same amount to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Contributing to these organizations has become an annual tradition for him over the last decade, and he has no plans to stop. Raymond has volunteered with the Children's Inn at the NIH and local food banks.

James Raymond recalls local businesses in his community as well. He works pro bono for many small business owners, assisting them in developing the best strategies for their companies. He also provides free financial planning seminars to community members, both adults, and school-aged children.

He can give back to his community because of his efforts. He has worked hard for his success and hopes to assist others in achieving similar success on their terms. He takes pride in knowing that he makes a difference, whether at work or in his spare time.
